As most of the tours we offer, are private tours, services can be booked for any day of the week, except for some regular tours we offer, for which you will find the schedule, as part of the description.

For regular tours in Vienna, Salzburg and Budapest you will be able to see the days and times of departures for these tours, as part of the description. For private tours in those cities and private tours in Berlin, we  will confirm availability upon request.

Most of the services in Prague and other cities, should be booked, as the latest, 48 hours in advance to the date of the service, but in each service you will find the specific booking and cancellation conditions for that service.

For private tours, usually a 20 % deposit should be paid in advance, for regular tour 100 % of the price must be paid in advance.

HOW TO PAY FOR THE SERVICES ?

Payments can be done :

By Paypal, if you have a Paypal account

By Paypal Guest Checkout, in this case, you do not need to have a Paypal account and we do not have access to your credit card information, it is sent just to Paypal (a worldwide guaranteed way of payment) and payments can be done online with Visa, Master Card, Amex or Discover credit or debit cards

By sending us your credit card informartion by email or fax

For this option, we need the following information, according to Czech banks requirements :

Credit card number

Validity

Name of the credit card holder

CVC or 3 numerals on the back side of the credit card, beside the signature

A short sentence expressing your agreement with the amount to be charge

For security reasons we prefer our clients to send us this information by fax (+420 251 621 828) or at least, in two separated emails, in such a way all the information about the credit card, will not be in one message

Once you proceed with a payment online, you will immediately receive a message to the email address you have provided to Paypal, confirming the payment to our account, with additional information including our email address, phone number, and the paid amount.

At the same time we will receive a confirmation from Paypal about your payment, including your email address, and during the next 24 hours, you will get a voucher from us, to be delivered to the provider, when receiving the services, as a confirmation of complete or partial payment, depending on the services you have purchased.

It is necessary and important, when making a payment, to also send us an email to granda@granda.cz, including your name, email address, hotel where you are going to stay in the city you have purchased the service, name of the person who made the hotel reservation, and phone number valid during your journey, if applicable.

This information is indispensable for communicating with you in case we would need to reconfirm any detail regarding meeting point, time, etc.

Most of the tours we offer are private toours, unless otherwise specified.

We only work with official and dully qualified guides with vast experience in the sector. As we do also for other cities where we offer our services.

We usually recommend starting the morning session at 9:30am and the afternoon session at 14:00. However, in case of the private services, we are happy to adapt to the customer requirements. Should you wish to start at a different hour, please specify it when requesting the service.

Only some regular tours we offer, have a fixed departure time. 

As we use PayPal, when charging the tour fee in order for PayPal to verify the legality of the card used in the payment this system charges and extra Euro or USD at the time of the transaction. Please note this will be reimbursed immediately.

Yes, we also provide services in Budapest, Vienna, Salzburg and Berlin.

In Prague, Budapest and Berlin we offer all services in Spanish, English, and Portuguese. In Vienna and Salzburg we offer all the services in Spanish and English.
