Kutná Hora

Tour to the city of Kutná Hora, UNESCO listed town, about 65 km to the east of Prague. The city arose at the begining of the Middle Ages in the center of an extensive silver deposit and swiftly turned into the second most important city in Bohemia after Prague. We will see the centre of the city with gothic and baroque buildings. We also visit the gothic cathedral of St. Barbara with paintings, the Italian Court with its Royal Mint where famous Prague grosses were minted and the church of Sedlec rebuilt during the 18th century into a bonery with an inner decoration of human bones.
