Prague in One Day

If you have only one day to see Prague, this tour offers you the possibility to see all the most important sights of the Golden Prague in one day. At the beginning, we will go to Strahov Monastery, from this point we will admire a panoramic view of Prague, after we continue by the Hradčany Quarter, crossing the Loreto Square on our way to the Hradčany Square, surrounded by beautiful barroque palaces and the main entrance of the Prague Castle, seat of the Czech President. At the Prague Castle we will see the courtyards of the Castle and the first part of the St. Vitus Cathedral. Leaving the Prague Castle we will go by the beautiful Nerudova street to Malá Strana Square (Lesser Town) with the St. Nicholas Church and the House of Representatives. In this area we will visit the Wallenstein Gardens in the Wallenstein Palace, seat of the Senate and the Church of Our Lady Victorius with the statue of the Prague Child Jesus. In this area we will make a short break to taste the world famous Czech beer and typical Czech sausages (is not included in the price of the tour). After this small lunch we will cross the Charles Bridge, the oldest one across the Vltava river, built in the second half of the 14th century with 30 statues placed on both sides of the bridge. The tour continues along the Karlova street with a short visit to the Jewish Quarter, where we will let you know about the history of the Jews in Czech lands and we will show the main Jewish monuments, that have been preserved. Later we will visit to the Old Town Square, with its famous astronomical clock and from here, we will follow by Celetná street to the Powder Tower and the Municipal House, finally taking Na přikopě street, we will end at the Wenceslas Square, a mute witness of the most important events of the recent Czech history.
