Classical Prague

This tour will allow you to get a fast and general overview of the main 4 historical quarters of Prague. At the beginning, we will go to the Prague Castle, seat of the Czech President and we will visit the courtyards of the Castle and the first part of the St. Vitus Cathedral. After, we will go down to Malá Strana (Lesser Town) by the beautiful Nerudova street, where most of the former baroque palaces have been preserved, as well as the coat of arms of the families who built them, that still can be seen in the front part of most of them. We will arrive to Malá Strana Square and following the former royal route, we continue to the Charles Bridge, the oldest one across the Vltava river, built in the second half of the 14th century with 30 statues placed on both sides of the bridge. The tour continues along the Karlova street to the Old Town Square, with its famous astronomical clock, from here we will follow by Celetná street to the Powder Tower and the Municipal House and finally taking the Na přikopě street, we will end at the Wenceslas Square, a mute witness of the most important events of the recent Czech history.
